February 22th
I ended my fast today. I thought I could go longer with it, but I guess I had to eat those kiwis! :P Plus my mom was acting concerned about the whole thing and it made me uncomfortable. I hope to do a longer one in the future when I’m ready!
I’m planning on doing my green smoothies daily as always but without fruits, or maybe add a cucumber for my skin. I really hope it gives me good results.
With the fast I didn’t notice much improvement, but dry skin brushing really helped out I think. So now I will slowly start adding food but I will be careful with the fruit, I just don’t know if it will work out or not. I need my fruit!!! :P
I’ll see how it goes.
