also, do you eat hummus? i know alot of vegetarians eat it, but i didn't know if it'd be considered part of the "raw food" diet. obviously it's not raw, but considering what it's made of?

Yeah it does take a while but you have to be proud of yourself for making a big change in your life. I hope you get to your goal whatever that is! :)

I seriously love hummus!!! I was addicted to that stuff when I started doing raw foods. Now I don’t consume it as often. Mainly because I used to use almonds and I was eating too much of it. Then I sprouted chickpeas but it had a very strong taste and I didn’t like it as much. So now I have it on weekends a little of it or maybe on special occasions.
