I have been raw for 3 months and still going strong. I love making recipes, but generally I try to keep it simple and still be able to enjoy it.

I completely broke the fast, I think I wasn’t ready. Tomorrow I might feel inspired to try new juice recipes from a raw book I got, but not today. Anyways today was very exciting! My dad made this dehydrated bread and I made this almond cheese so I could make my mom a sandwich completely raw. Well luckily she loved it!!! She said next time I should add an avocado. I was thinking about going to her work tomorrow or next week around lunch hour and take some of my foods so that her friends could also enjoy and learn more about raw foods. I’m really excited about that. I love sharing with people and it just makes me happy to know that they loved what I made. So, onto my day…

Breakfast: Fruit

  • 2 Tangerines

Lunch: Sandwich

  • Buckwheat Bread
  • 1 Tomato sliced
  • Lettuce
  • Almond cheese

Exercise: 40 minutes

  • 20 mins rebounding
  • 20 mins kick boxing

Tomorrow I’m going to go buy a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables for my juice feast!!! The longest I’ve gone was about 3 days and my acne was clearing up. Now I have a lot of acne and I’m pretty sure it was the cacao, it was probably not even raw and also the nuts which theres a possibility they are not raw either.

Please research before doing any kind of fast. I have done my research and I know what I’m doing but I cannot give any advice.
