I have been raw for 3 months and still going strong. I love making recipes, but generally I try to keep it simple and still be able to enjoy it.

Breakfast: Green Juice

  • 2 Cups of leafy greens
  • 1 Pear
  • 5 Strawberries
  • Probiotics
  • 1 C. Water

Exercise:

  • 20 min rebounding
  • Ab work out 10 min
  • Walk 30 min

Today I didn’t feel hungry at all but I had so much energy. Anyways, I’ll just keep it short because I need to take a shower and get my stuff ready for class tomorrow.
