I was just reading a website on rebounding and I really liked this part:

-Rebounding is 68% more efficient than jogging (as noted by NASA in a study published in the Journal of Applied Physiology).  Six minutes of rebounding equals one mile of jogging!

I think I’m going to make it a habit of rebounding everyday for at least 20 minutes!!! My rebounder is a cheap $20 from Walmart but I don’t mind if it gives me the same benefits. Its actually really fun while watching music videos on youtube because it goes by pretty fast.

I also love rebounding while there’s a commercial… So much fun! :)
