- 1/2 C. Water
- Sprouts
- Probiotics
Today I went to the gym since supposedly they filed a law suit against the company and the members that joined last year were able to get 45 days free. So since I was signed under my friend’s mom I decided to go and check it out with them and see if I could get 45 days free and then from then on decide if I want to re-join. Well they told me that only the first 3 people signed under one account were able to receive the free weeks. So that meant my friend, her sister, and her mom had the free pass. I couldn’t really understand why, but oh well… What’s dumb about it is that my friend’s mom and sister never went to the gym even when they signed up for it and now they have 45 days (which they will not use I can guarantee you) free. Grr!!! I’ll probably talk to my mom about it and see if she can sign me up in another account. I really want to go to the gym again and make use of the sauna and the aerobic/yoga classes. Plus I have so much energy and motivation this time around that I can guarantee I will make good use of it at the gym. I hope my mom says yes. :)
So after a long talk with the gym people I decided to go on a long walk by myself. I felt so good.
Tomorrow I will start my liquid fast! I’m readyyy!
