Today I wanted to make a pizza since yesterday at Planet Raw they were out of it! Luckily there is a lot of helpful people in the internet that post delicious recipes. I altered everything to my own liking. :) Here’s the recipe below!

Pizza Crust: (For one medium pizza)

  • 2 Cups Soaked Buckwheat
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 1 Cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Flax Meal
  • 1 tbs. Cayenne Pepper
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • Sesame Seeds to your liking
  • 3 Sundried tomatoes

Use your food processor to process everything until it comes together. It doesn’t have to stick but make sure its well mixed. Then place it in your dehydrator at 105 for a few hours. Check in 2 hours to see if your able to flip it. If its not ready then leave it a few more hours, then flip it and let it dry for 1 hour.

Cashew “cheese”:

  • 1 1/2 Cup Cashews
  • 1 tbs. Nutritional Yeast
  • 1/4 to 1 Cup water
  • 1 t. salt
  • Black pepper

Process everything and spread on the pizza crust.

Pizza Sauce:

  • 1 Cup Tomato
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 2 Spoons of chopped onion
  • 1-2 Garlics
  • 1/2 Cup Sun dried tomatoes
  • Pinch of Sea salt

Toppings:

This is whatever you would like, but for mine I add the following:

  • 1 Cup Chopped Mushrooms
  • Red Bell Pepper
  • Broccoli
  • Spinach

I would of also added olives, tomatoes, pineapples, but I didn’t have any!

I left it in the dehydrator for another hour so the toppings would get a bit softer and warm.

So onto my day…

Breakfast: Juice

  • 2 Grapefruit
  • 1 Tbs. Probiotics

Lunch: Raw Pizza

  • 3 slices with guacamole on the side

Dinner: Fruit

  • Mandarin
