Hello everyone. :)
So today I woke up very late and with so much energy that I wanted to hit the gym… Anyways, heres what I had today.
Breakfast: Fruit
- Small Watermelon
Then I made this milk out of bananas, water, and coconut meat. Once I blended all that up I poured it in a bowl, cut some strawberries, and sprinkled some sprouted and dehydrated buckwheat. This was delicious! I’m probably going to do it in the future again for breakfast.
Dinner: Green Smoothie
- Seaweed
- 1 C. Blueberries
- 1 C. Strawberries
- 1 C. Water
- 1 Apple
- 1 C. Kale
- 1 C. Spinach
- Sprouts
- 1 Tbs. Cinnamon
It was good, like usual. This time I added raisins at the end so I had something to chew on while I drank the smoothie.
Exercise: 1 hr. 30 mins
- 45 minutes treadmill
- 60 squats
- Weights
- Abs
Today I really wanted to exercise. :P I usually just go for an hour max!
Oh, and thanks to the new followers. It really makes me want to keep going with this thing.
