February 10th
So… Today I had no class so I woke up pretty late :P
Breakfast: Fruits
- 1 Apple grated
- 2 Pears grated
- 1 Cup of raisins
- 1 Cup of grapes
- 1 Tbs of Cinnamon
Nothing exiting, but I just love grated apples! I would normally have apples and kiwis but I didn’t go buy anything today.
Snack: 2 Energy Bars (from yesterday)
Exercise: 45 minutes
- 25 minutes bicycle
- 20 minutes in this other machine for the legs
Dinner: Salad
- 1 Tomato
- 4 Different types of sprouts
- 1 Medium Avocado
- 1 Kale leaf
- Mix salad
- Parsley
- Cayenne Pepper
- Lemon
- 2 Cloves garlic
- Sesame seeds
- Fermented vegetables
I just ate half of the salad because I wasn’t feeling too hungry and I didn’t work out a lot today. I’m not in a very good mood tonight so I’ll probably go to rest in a few hours so I could get enough rest since tomorrow I have a math test that I do not want to fail!
