Hello everyone :)
This will be just a blog about my diet and to keep track of what I’m doing and what I need to be doing.
I have been raw for about 3 months and it has been an incredible experience. My acne is disappearing, I lost over 15 lbs, my skin feels softer, my hair and nails are growing faster and healthy, my bones are strong, I just feel amazing overall. I’m seeing improvements daily which I absolutely love! I am currently 131lbs and my height is 5’7. I really want to get toned so I’m exercising everyday at least 20 minutes. I will be posting my meals, my exercises, and pictures if I remember to take some! I really want to keep myself and others motivated and what better way than doing a blog.
