Day 2 of my water fast. I’m not hungry at all so it was an easy day for me. I have been thinking about food, but this water fast has been easier than my juice fast. Actually, on day 2 of my juice fast I wanted to quit and eat everything. :P I lasted for 3 days so I hope to do the same with the water fast…
After my water fast I will do a few days of a juice fast and go slowly back to solid food. I will start drinking the smoothies my dad makes because he literally puts everything I need. :)

There’s not much going on today. I began a water fast just to speed up my detox. I don’t think I’ll go over 3 days, but if I do then that would be great. :)

I’m not feeling too well :(
I ate cauliflower and green smoothies all day.
I ended my fast today. I thought I could go longer with it, but I guess I had to eat those kiwis! :P Plus my mom was acting concerned about the whole thing and it made me uncomfortable. I hope to do a longer one in the future when I’m ready!
I’m planning on doing my green smoothies daily as always but without fruits, or maybe add a cucumber for my skin. I really hope it gives me good results.
With the fast I didn’t notice much improvement, but dry skin brushing really helped out I think. So now I will slowly start adding food but I will be careful with the fruit, I just don’t know if it will work out or not. I need my fruit!!! :P
I’ll see how it goes.

Yeah it does take a while but you have to be proud of yourself for making a big change in your life. I hope you get to your goal whatever that is! :)
I seriously love hummus!!! I was addicted to that stuff when I started doing raw foods. Now I don’t consume it as often. Mainly because I used to use almonds and I was eating too much of it. Then I sprouted chickpeas but it had a very strong taste and I didn’t like it as much. So now I have it on weekends a little of it or maybe on special occasions.

Juice fast day 3!!!
Day 3 almost over, thank god. It wasn’t hard but I was thinking about food all day even though I wasn’t hungry.
I had a lot of juice today, but my favorite most filling juice was the watermelon I had right now. I feel so full. Soooo sweet. :)
Its barely 6:15pm, but I’m tired so after my shower I’m going to go to bed.

Juice fast day 2!
Today I had class in the morning so I made myself a huge jar of grapefruit/orange juice. So delicious!
Throughout the day I drank a lot of water and then I went with my family to buy food so I picked up 2 young coconuts for today and tomorrow. So refreshing!!!
I had a lot of energy so I did 20 minutes rebounding! I could keep going but I’m going to take a bath and go to bed because my ear hurts so much.

Thank you! :) I’m just trying to clear my skin for now. I wouldn’t mind losing more weight, but its not something I’m going to be obsessing about. I just keep the tumblr to monitor what I’m eating and figuring out whats causing my breakouts. >_<
When are you starting the juice fast??
Today! I’m going to juice a lot of carrots, cucumbers, and celery like last time because that seemed to be the combination that cleared my face the most. I need to stick to it. I don’t care about the weight, I just want to clear my skin. :)
how long have you been a raw vegan?
I’m not exactly a vegan, I still consume honey. I started doing this about 3 months ago. Occasionally I would have some cooked beans to put on my salads but I stopped doing that as well.

Eating vegetables, fruits, sprouts, and some nuts and seeds will definitely help you lose weight.
Fasting is complicated. It can help you but I suggest doing a little research before doing any type of fast because some are not healthy at all.
